Times are estimates. Import duties or taxes in your country, where they apply, are not included; we tell you before dispatch. Check the unit on delivery and report transit damage within 48 hours.
Installation
The SS30 needs a standard 220 V / 50 Hz socket, about 30 cm of clearance around the vents, and no plumbing. It stands on wheels. Manantial units need three-phase power and a prepared site; the survey sets the requirements.
Warranty
- SS30: 5 years from delivery against manufacturing defects in the unit, compressor, pumps, tank and electronics.
- Manantial series: 3 years from commissioning against manufacturing defects. An extension to 10 years is available at order; ask us.
- Warranty service is provided by us locally: repair, or replacement of the part or unit at our choice. We cover parts, labour and, for the SS30, collection and return if the unit has to leave your home.
Not covered: consumables (filters, UV lamps, mineral cartridges), damage from an unsuitable or unstable electrical supply, water or physical damage, use outside the manual, running the unit without the scheduled filter changes, modifications or repairs by anyone we have not authorised, and normal wear. The warranty does not promise a daily water volume: output depends on the humidity and temperature at your location.
Filters and maintenance
The SS30 uses a filter set that is replaced every 6 to 12 months depending on use and air quality. The first-year kit is included with your unit; later kits are supplied by us locally. Manantial units follow the manufacturer's annual maintenance kit; we quote the schedule at the site survey.
Returns and cancellations
- Cancel an SS30 order before dispatch for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Cancel a Manantial order for a full refund until we confirm it after the site survey; after that the unit is built for you and the order is binding.
- No change-of-mind returns after delivery. A unit that is faulty on arrival or develops a covered defect is repaired or replaced under the warranty.
- Refunds are issued through PayPal to the payment method used. PayPal Buyer Protection applies in addition, under PayPal's terms.
