Privacy Policy
1. What we collect
- When you order: your name, city, country, delivery address, email, WhatsApp number, quantity and any note you type. We need these to deliver and set up the unit and to contact you about the order.
- Payment: handled by PayPal. We receive the payment confirmation, your PayPal name and email, the shipping address you confirm there and the last details PayPal shares with merchants. We never see or store your card number.
- When you visit: our hosting provider (Vercel) and network provider (Cloudflare) process your IP address to serve the site and protect it. We use the country of your IP address only to choose the currency shown; we do not store it.
- On your device: the site remembers your language and currency choice in your browser's local storage. We set no tracking cookies ourselves.
- WhatsApp: if you message us, WhatsApp (Meta) processes the conversation under its own policy. We keep your messages to handle your order and questions.
2. Why and on what basis
To perform the contract with you (deliver, install and support the unit), to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting records, and for our legitimate interest in running the site securely and preventing fraud. We will not send you marketing email unless you ask for it.
3. Who sees your data
PayPal (payment), Vercel (hosting and server logs), Cloudflare (network and email forwarding), WhatsApp (messaging), our delivery and installation partners in your country (name, address, phone, delivery window only), and professional advisers where required. We do not sell personal data.
Advertising: we may use advertising measurement tools such as the Meta Pixel on the site. If we do, they are governed by the provider's policy and you can limit them through your browser or the provider's settings; this page will be updated when they are in use.
4. International transfers
We operate from the United States and Jordan and serve the Arabian Peninsula, so your data moves between these countries and the providers above. We keep it to what is necessary for your order.
5. How long we keep it
Order and payment records: as long as the warranty on your unit runs and as required for accounting, then deleted. Server logs: short rotation set by the provider. Messages: until the matter is closed and the warranty period ends.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for corrections or deletion where the law allows it, and object to processing. Write to hello@tafaddalu.com. If you are in a jurisdiction with a data-protection authority you may also complain to it.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Payments are taken on PayPal's systems. Our order endpoints keep only what is listed above. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affects you we will tell you.
8. Children
The site sells household and industrial appliances and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes
