Terms of Sale
1. Who you are buying from
TAFADDALU is a brand of Make It Happen Enterprises ("we", "us"), a company registered in the United States and the exclusive distributor of Nube atmospheric water generators for the Arabian Peninsula. Contact: hello@tafaddalu.com, or WhatsApp through the link on tafaddalu.com. By placing an order on tafaddalu.com you agree to these terms.
2. Products and prices
We sell the TAFADDALU SS30 home unit (powered by Nube, 220 V / 50 Hz edition built for the region) and, to order, the Nube Manantial M250, M500 and M1000 industrial units. Prices are set in US dollars. Other currencies shown on the site are indicative conversions for your convenience; the amount charged is the US-dollar amount stated at checkout, and your bank or PayPal sets the exchange rate.
Prices include the unit, delivery to your address within our delivery area, set-up on delivery, and the first-year filter kit for the SS30. They do not include import duties or taxes that your country may levy on goods shipped from Jordan; where these apply we will tell you before dispatch.
3. Ordering and payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order through PayPal, by PayPal balance or by debit or credit card. Card details are entered on PayPal's secure forms and never pass through our servers. An order is accepted when PayPal confirms the payment and you receive the order reference on screen; PayPal also emails you a receipt. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if the unit is not suitable for your location (see section 6), if stock has run out, or if payment cannot be verified.
4. Delivery
- SS30 within Jordan: dispatched from Amman; normally at your door within 1 to 2 days of payment.
- SS30 to the Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman): shipped from Jordan; normally 3 to 7 days. We confirm your delivery window on WhatsApp on the day you order.
- Manantial series: built to order; about 6 months from order to commissioning. We survey your site before confirming the order.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check the unit on delivery and tell us about any transit damage within 48 hours.
5. Installation and electrical requirements
The SS30 plugs into a standard 220 V / 50 Hz socket and needs no plumbing. We set it up and run the first fill with you on delivery in Jordan, and by video call where we deliver by courier. Manantial units require three-phase power and a suitable site; our site survey sets the requirements. You are responsible for providing a compliant electrical supply.
6. How much water it makes
An atmospheric water generator condenses water from the humidity in the air. Output depends on the humidity and temperature where the unit stands. The SS30 is rated at up to 30 litres per day in humid air and makes less in dry conditions; in Jordan it makes most at night and in the cooler months, and will not reach its rated output in Amman in mid-summer. Manantial outputs are the manufacturer's ratings at 90 percent humidity. We publish this honestly, and we will tell you before you buy if your location is not suitable. We do not guarantee any particular daily volume.
7. Warranty
The SS30 carries a 5-year warranty and the Manantial series a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, serviced by us locally. Details, exclusions and the filter schedule are in our Warranty, Delivery and Returns page.
8. Cancellations and returns
- You may cancel an SS30 order at any time before it is dispatched for a full refund to the original payment method.
- Manantial orders may be cancelled for a full refund until we confirm the order after the site survey; after that point the unit is built for you and the order is binding.
- After delivery we do not accept returns for change of mind. A unit that is faulty on arrival, or that develops a defect covered by the warranty, is repaired or replaced under the warranty.
- Payments made through PayPal are additionally covered by PayPal Buyer Protection under PayPal's terms.
Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that apply by law in your country.
9. Scarcity and order sequence
The number of units shown as available on the site is our real stock for the current allocation and is updated automatically as orders are paid. Orders are fulfilled in the order payment is received.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for loss caused by use of the unit contrary to the manual, by an unsuitable electrical supply, or by operating it outside the humidity range it is designed for.
11. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Make It Happen Enterprises is registered, without affecting your statutory rights at home. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to your order. Questions: hello@tafaddalu.com.
